(Feb. 17, 2025) – Barefoot Landing’s beloved Rock ‘N Paws returns for its third year on Saturday, March 1 and Sunday, March 2 in Dockside Village bringing live music and support for local animal shelters. The event features live music throughout the weekend by local groups on the Dockside Village Stage. City Lights will kick things off on Saturday from noon to 2:45 p.m. followed by Wake Up Call from 3:15 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday’s lineup features King Tide and Trae Pierce & the T-Stones, with performances from noon to 6 p.m. Local animal shelters and rescues will be on-site, accepting donations, sharing adoption information and raising awareness. Shelter dogs will also be available for meet and greets. Guests are invited to bring their dogs dressed up as their favorite musician for the “My Pet is a Rock Star” costume contest at 2:45 p.m. on Saturday, March 1. No registration is required – just arrive with your pet to the Dockside Village Stage by 2:30 p.m. for your pet’s chance to strut their stuff and win prizes. In addition to all of the fun Rock ‘N Paws activities on Saturday, at 2 p.m. LuLu’s Mardi Gras Golf Cart Parade will take place. The parade begins in the overflow parking lot by Greg Norman Australian Grille and winds through Barefoot Landing, ending with a festive after party at LuLu’s.
