Hemingway Daiquiri – A 1930s classic made famous by Ernest Hemingway, featuring white rum, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and a lime wheel. ($12)
Rum Runner – “The” drink of the Keys, blending rum, banana liqueur, Chambord, pineapple & lime juice, topped with dark rum. ($14)

Key West Margarita – A tropical twist with tequila, melon liqueur, piña colada mix, lime & orange juice. ($12)
